The T238 BL-480 33k is an AEG brushless motor designed for players who want to improve their replica with a modern, adjustable motor that is more controllable in its behavior. Available in short-axis and long-axis versions, it is designed for V2 / V3 gearbox-compatible configurations. In this 33,000 rpm version, the interest lies not only in cadence, but above all in the possibility of obtaining a more adjustable response thanks to the integrated potentiometer. The technical base remains oriented towards a serious upgrade. This motor features a CNC aluminum body, pure copper winding, ultra-fine 0.15 mm silicon steel laminations, high-temperature neodymium magnets grade 45SH and a treated and reinforced alloy steel axle. Added to this are high-speed NMB bearings for 60000 rpm, and a 6-layer / 2 oz copper PCB. Maximum power of 380 W completes a package designed to withstand sustained use, with an internal architecture that's more than just a standard replacement motor.
The BL-480 33k is based on 3-phase sensorless brushless technology, allowing speed adjustment from 50% to 100% directly on the motor. This changes the product's appeal on an AEG in concrete terms: it becomes possible to fine-tune the shooting feel and adapt the replica's responsiveness more precisely without changing the motor reference. It also features protection against undervoltage, overcurrent, overheating and rotor lock-up, as well as an emergency stop after power failure and automatic detection of the number of battery cells. LiPo 2S / 3S compatible over a range from 6 to 12.6 V, this motor is aimed at users who want a more controllable brushless solution, particularly for set-ups where consistency and fine-tuning of speed are as important as pure responsiveness.
On the assembly side, this version is compatible with V2 / V3 gearboxes and with the DTU T238 ecosystem. The long-axis version is suitable for M4, M16, MP5, G3 and P90 platforms, while the short-axis version corresponds to the AK, G36 and AUG families and related models. XT60 and T-Dean connectors are recommended for the power supply.
