Earn loyalty points when you shop at OPS-Store

OPS-STORE.FR rewards your loyalty !

Your loyalty is rewarded on our website. Thanks to a points system that you accumulate as you place your orders, you'll have a pot of money that you can use.

This can then be used on a future order. You can activate it directly from your basket or on the order confirmation.

How does it work ? |

Your earn points you place an order. Only products can generate points (delivery costs do not), with the following ratio :

1€ spent = 1 point

Points are generated within hours of your parcel being dispatched by our logistics department!

How to use my points |

If you have already collected some points, it's easy to use them. When you place your order, you can validate the pot directly from your basket or on the order confirmation by clicking on the "use my points" button.

Please note the following points :

  • It is not possible to use a promotional code if you have activated your pot. Conversely, it is not possible to use your pot if a promotional code is active.
  • The pot does not deduct the amount of the postage costs.
  • The pot cannot be partially used. This means that the amount of the products in your basket must be greater than your pot to be able to use it.

How can i see my loyalty points ? |

Would you like to know how many points you have ? You can go directly to the basket to see your pot, but you can also go to "My account" -> "My coupons" -> "Loyalty points". You will then have a complete view of your points history and the exact amount of your pot.

What does the expiry date mean? |

Once your points have been credited to your account, you have a maximum of one year to use them, otherwise they will be lost. We will send you a reminder email one month before the expiry date of your points to avoid losing them.

*For all deliveries in mainland France and all parcels (except oversized parcels).

Add all the items you want to your basket, then go to the "My basket" page. You'll then be able to simulate the shipping costs for your order according to your delivery location.

Your order shipped the same day!

We ship your order the same day, provided we receive your payment before 3:30pm and the items are in stock. The order is handed over to the carrier of your choice at the end of the day. You will then receive your tracking number by email.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. For orders placed on public holidays, we ship on the next working day.
