OPS-STORE REWARDS YOUR LOYALTYÂ!

Your loyalty is rewarded on our site. Thanks to a points system that you accumulate as you order, you'll have a balance available.

This balance can be used for future orders. You can activate it directly from your shopping basket or when confirming your order.

How do the points work ?

You earn points for every order you place. Only products earn points (delivery costs do not earn points), in the following proportion:

1 ⬠spent = 1 point

Points are generated within hours of your order being dispatched by our logistics department!

Si tu as déjà accumulé des points, il te sera facile de les utiliser. Lors de ta commande, tu peux valider ton solde directement depuis ton panier ou lors de la confirmation de commande en cliquant sur le bouton "utiliser mes points".

Please note the following points:

  • You can't use a promotional code if you've activated your points balance. And conversely, you can?t use your balance if there is an active promotional code.
  • The balance does not deduct delivery charges.
  • The balance cannot be partially used. This means that the amount of products in your basket must exceed your balance in order to use it.

How do I check my loyalty points?

Want to know how many points you have? You can go directly to your basket to check your balance, but you can also go to the "My account" tab ? "My benefits" ?" Loyalty points". There you'll find a complete overview of your points history and the exact amount of your balance.

What does the expiration date mean ?

Once your points are credited to your account, you havea maximum of one year to use them, otherwise they will be lost. We'll send you an email reminder one month before your points expire, to avoid any loss.

*For all deliveries in mainland France and all parcels (except oversized parcels).

Add all the items you want to your basket, then go to the "My basket" page. You'll then be able to simulate the shipping costs for your order according to your delivery location.

Your order shipped the same day!

We ship your order the same day, provided we receive your payment before 3:30pm and the items are in stock. The order is handed over to the carrier of your choice at the end of the day. You will then receive your tracking number by email.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. For orders placed on public holidays, we ship on the next working day.
