The HPR200’s body is made entirely of CNC-machined aerospace-grade T6 aluminum, which provides high strength while keeping its weight to the bare minimum. Internally, the design features an ultra-lightweight piston paired with an oversized air intake. This technical choice promotes a high refresh rate across the entire adjustable pressure range, meaning the regulator quickly restores the set pressure after each firing cycle, even during sustained bursts. The internal design is also engineered for durability: only a single O-ring is used internally, which simplifies maintenance and minimizes potential points of failure.
