SilentOps 9" Charlie AR15 AEG Replica DELTA ARMORY

The AEG AR15 SilentOps 9" Charlie Delta Armory replica, a compact M4 platform designed to play from day one and evolve over time

The AEG AR15 SilentOps 9" Charlie replica by Delta Armory is an electric M4-type replica belonging to the Charlie series, the brand's structured entry-level segment. It targets both players discovering airsoft and experienced practitioners looking for a solid technical base to customize. What sets it apart straight out of the box is the presence of factory-installed replacement internal components, a quick-change spring system requiring no disassembly, and a Mini Tamiya connector,  features that are unusual at this price point.

Construction and materials: a balance designed for field handling

The replica body is made of polymer, keeping the weight low and comfortable to carry throughout a full day of gameplay. The outer barrel is metallic, as is the gearbox and the integrated bilateral CQD sling mounts positioned between the body and the stock. These rings, located on both sides, allow a sling to be attached without any additional accessory, regardless of the player's dominant side. The total length ranges from 785 to 865 mm depending on the adjustable stock position, making it a compact configuration suited to both CQB environments and open fields. A unique serial number is engraved on each unit.

Gearbox internals: aftermarket parts installed from the factory

The version 2 metallic gearbox comes equipped with internal components that go beyond what is typically found in a standard build. The SHS 14-tooth metal piston and the SHS CNC-type tappet plate are installed directly at the factory, with no modification required. The gears are metallic, the bearings measure 7 mm, and the precision alloy barrel is calibrated at 6.03 mm. The hop-up chamber is rotary and adjustable, allowing backspin effect to be tuned according to the BB weight used. BBs from 0.20 to 0.28 g are recommended.
The gearbox is compatible with M120 to M130 power springs in the long run. It should be noted that spring ratings vary between brands: an SHS M120 may correspond to a Delta Armory SP140 in terms of actual output power. The QRS gen. 2 (Quick-change Spring) system allows the spring to be changed without disassembling the replica, greatly simplifying power adjustments to comply with field regulations.

Ergonomics, accessories and connectors: an open platform

The stock provides easy access to the battery compartment and accommodates large-capacity formats. The replica is wired with a Mini Tamiya connector, making it directly compatible with 9.6 V NiMH batteries (included). Motor swaps can be performed quickly via the B5-type motor grip, without full disassembly of the replica.
The full-length top Picatinny rail runs along the entire upper surface of the replica and is complemented by 3 additional lower and side Picatinny rails, allowing optics, red dots, flashlights, or other accessories to be mounted. The front sight is adjustable and mounted on a Picatinny rail. The outer barrel is threaded 14 mm counter-clockwise / CCW, allowing the suppressor included with the replica to be removed and replaced with another muzzle accessory compatible with this thread pitch, such as a tracer unit or a replacement suppressor.
