The PULSAR D2 HPA Rev.2 Kit with TITAN II Expert Bluetooth GATE MOSFET is a complete package combining a dual-solenoid HPA system and a Bluetooth MOSFET for AEG replicas. It is designed for players who want to convert their AEG replica to an HPA system without compromising on adjustment precision or versatility. The kit covers a velocity range of 250 to 650 FPS with a regulated rate of fire from 1 to 40 RPS, making it suitable for CQB, assault, and sniper configurations alike.

The PULSAR D2 HPA Rev.2 is based on a dual-solenoid architecture, which separates the air supply from nozzle control. This technology offers two distinct operating modes: closed-bolt and open-bolt, depending on the type of replica or intended use. The acceptable pressure range extends from 60 to 140 PSI, and a single universal poppet covers the entire range, eliminating the need to replace any parts when changing power settings.
Revision 2 introduces several tangible design improvements. The piston is now made of aluminum, designed to maintain stable performance in both cold and high-temperature conditions, ranging from -15 °C to +50 °C. The tappet plate assembly has been completely redesigned to reduce friction and improve cycle stability. The nozzle return spring is centered, serving as a direct replacement for the original tappet plate spring. The 21.25 mm universal POM nozzle, included in the kit, is compatible with standard AEG nozzles, and when paired with AEG GATE nozzles, it has zero lateral play a feature particularly useful for ensuring a consistent ball feed.
The PULSAR weighs 95 g and measures 110 x 25.4 x 32 mm without the synchronization module, or 110 x 25.4 x 38.5 mm with it. It is one of the most compact dual-solenoid HPA systems available on the market.
One of the distinctive features of the PULSAR D2 HPA Rev.2 is its Auto Cycle Sync system: cycle synchronization is automatic, which significantly simplifies setup and reduces calibration time during assembly. This system, combined with the innovative BB feed system, makes the PULSAR less sensitive to internal assembly imperfections in the replica.
Air consumption is controlled: approximately 0.7 PSI per BB at 90 PSI with a 48 ci / 0.8 L 300 bar tank. In automatic mode, the PULSAR D2 shows no drop in rate of fire or velocity compared to semi-automatic mode, up to 40 RPS. Operation is also quieter than on the previous version. The solenoid supply voltage ranges from 5 to 8.4 V.

The TITAN II Bluetooth Expert included in this kit is not just a simple protection MOSFET: it is a complete control module, compatible with the V2 e-HPA gearbox. It features Bluetooth 5.2 Low Energy connectivity and is controlled via the GCS (GATE Control Station) app, available on Android, iOS, Wear OS, watchOS, Windows, and macOS. Settings can be accessed in real time from a smartphone, tablet, PC, or smartwatch, including firmware updates.
Its features include a two-stage trigger, customizable selector modes, ROF control, sniper delay, an ammunition counter, serial safety limits, battery protection with alerts, an equalizer, as well as diagnostic tools and a built-in self-test. Its power supply accepts 5 to 8.6 VDC at a rated current of 10 A, with a current draw of 27 mA during operation and only 100 µA in low-power mode. The module weighs 28.2 g and measures 47.2 x 28.9 x 14.5 mm.
This kit is available with rear wiring.
In the dual-solenoid configuration, accessories requiring power via a dedicated power cable are not compatible. However, the TITAN II remains compatible with the GATE line of accessories designed for this configuration, including dual-solenoid HPA cables, universal I/O cables, the bolt catch with button and cable, and the magazine sensor with cable.
This kit is designed to be installed in a V2 e-HPA gearbox and is compatible with standard universal AEG nozzles. Its included 21.25 mm POM nozzle ensures broad compatibility with most configurations on the market.
The dual-solenoid system allows you to choose between closed-bolt and open-bolt firing modes to maximize accuracy. This technology ensures perfectly consistent firing in automatic mode, with no loss of power up to a rate of 40 BBs per second.
The Bluetooth 5.2 Low Energy connectivity built into the TITAN II MOSFET allows you to configure the replica via the GCS app on a smartphone or smartwatch. This lets you adjust trigger sensitivity and motor cycle settings, or view real-time diagnostics.
The PULSAR D2 operates within a pressure range of 60 to 140 PSI. Its air consumption is optimized to be approximately 0.7 PSI per shot at 90 PSI when using a 0.8-liter tank at 300 bar.
Rev.2 introduces a high-strength aluminum piston and a redesigned flat tappet assembly to reduce friction and increase stability. These modifications ensure reliable operation over a temperature range of -15 °C to +50 °C.
The box includes the PULSAR D2 HPA system, the TITAN II Bluetooth MOSFET (Expert version), a universal CNC-machined POM nozzle, and the necessary installation kit. Please note that in a dual-solenoid configuration, it is not possible to connect additional electrical accessories via the MOSFET.
