The M40A5 is a precision rifle used by snipers of the United States Marine Corps (USMC). Its first version appeared in the 1970s and was used during the Vietnam War.
Built to the real weapon’s dimensions, it features a beautiful finish and consistently delivers great performance. Very comfortable to handle, it comes with an ergonomic stock and non-slip surfaces on the grip and handguard.
For this model, Marui opted for a new system called "BB Road", which feeds the bb directly into the hop-up unit for greater reliability. With an adjustable trigger travel, it also includes a bolt cocking indicator, a dual safety, and a 30% reduced cylinder stroke for faster bolt action (short stroked bolt).
This replica comes standard with a 35 bbs magazine, a top Picatinny rail for mounting optics, and a CNC aluminum dual Picatinny rail to attach to the barrel.
