Located in the CAP Darnétal business park in Normandy since December 2015, the OPS-Store head office is relocating and undergoing a complete makeover! The aim: to place even greater emphasis on the quality of service we aim to deliver to you every day.
By 2023, the OPS-Store head office will have moved to new premises on the outskirts of Rouen (76), in a dynamic, fast-growing business park. The aim is also to bring together the entire SNT2 group, the parent company of our brand.
For this move, which will take place from Tuesday, January 10, 3:30 pm to Friday, January 13, 2023 inclusive, we will have to temporarily close a number of departments, including our order dispatch department. But don't worry, our sales department will remain open and we'll be on hand to provide you with any information and assistance you may need.
Once the logistics department is back up and running, order picking will gradually resume on Monday January 16, 2023. Order taking remains fully operational. Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and all necessary steps will be taken to get us back to normal as quickly as possible.
The workshop service will also be inaccessible during this period. Once again, we will return to normal as quickly as possible. For any upgrade request, you can always contact us via our contact support available at this address.
