Description
The SIG SAUER P226 is a pistol designed in Switzerland by Sig and produced in Germany by Sauer. Developed to meet the US Army's competition to replace the Colt 1911, it lost to the Beretta 92. Some special units have nevertheless adopted it, such as the Navy rubbers and the Counter-Terrorism and Hostage-Liberation Squad (CTLS).The Tokyo Marui manufacturer has designed a very good replica of the P226 made of ABS with a nice finish close to full metal.
