Compact MED Pouch Horizontal DIRECT ACTION

The DIRECT ACTION Compact MED Pouch (horizontal) is an individual tactical pouch designed to be worn on the back of the belt. Made of 500D Cordura and laser-cut laminate, it weighs just 140 g and measures 178 x 105 x 44 mm. Its high-visibility Velcro panel with "MED" lettering allows for immediate identification, a critical advantage in emergency situations.

The removable, ambidextrous insert, equipped with a Hypalon handle, ensures quick, one-handed access. Inside, elastic loops hold medical supplies in place, while a wide loop at the top of the pouch allows for attaching a tourniquet. The attachment is compatible with MOLLE/PALS systems or belts up to 45 mm wide, including the Direct Action Hornet Skeletonized Belt Sleeve.
