The OPS-Store workshop, OPS-Factory, is now offering a new customisation service for your airsoft replicas and accessories. This involves the application of CERAKOTE paint.
Our premises have all the necessary equipment and qualified personnel trained by CERAKOTE France to provide you with this service. You will therefore find on our site rifles or handgun replicas with this type of paint. This paint is also applied to certain accessories.
On request, our workshop can provide you with a personalised service to paint one or more items to your taste using our available colours.

Like our existing customs on our workshop page, you will find here our selections of models that have only been painted externally, as well as handguns and long replicas upgraded internally by our technicians and painted with a CERAKOTE treatment.
CERAKOTE® paint, initially developed by NIC Industries in the USA, is defined as a specific ceramic polymer coating offering a range of advantages in terms of durability, resistance and, above all, aesthetics. It can be applied to a wide variety of materials and is widely used in the automotive and aerospace industries, for example.
It is applied using a spray gun after complete sandblasting, and requires a baking in a special oven to fix and harden the treatment. The result is components that are perfectly protected against corrosion, abrasion and acid elements.
Tests have demonstrated the advantage of a CERAKOTE treatment over other processes such as anodising, blueing, high-temp powder, PVD (physical vapour deposition), TEFLON®, Nitride and XYLAN®. The resistance and durability results always point to a clear advantage of applying CERAKOTE to the components tested under these conditions. For example, in an anti-corrosion test against the Nitride treatment, it took 8 hours for the first signs of corrosion to appear for the Nitride treatment, compared with 1,206 hours for CERAKOTE.
So we strongly advise you to opt for CERAKOTE paint to personalise and protect your favourite airsoft replicas and accessories. You can give free rein to your desires by choosing a discreet, modern colour, or a flashy, exuberant shade. There's something for every taste, every character, every mood!
Rather than a single colour, it's also possible to mix colours and differentiate the parts and accessories of an airsoft replica. With masking, we can also create personalised designs.
